Splashing Hands is still alive. There is a man in Taiwan, but unfortunately I cant remember his name but I do know for a fact, as i have seen a clip of the guy before, that there still a base for this system at least in Taiwan. Soneone will chime in eventually. Id ask "chrisl38 on emptyflower. Ive heard people say that this system is derived from the Mok Ga too. Good luck.
