Posted by Gregory Beleive it or not, Guang Ping is the original atyle of Tai Chi Chuan which the Chen clan learned from the Wang the Taoist. So, the old story about its origin is true but the stories from the Chen Clan are part of Communist propaganda. Kwang Ping Tai Chi is the original Tai Chi Chuan from which all others evolved. --Previous Message--

I studied both with Kuo Lien Ying and Simmone Kuo. But from the above link provided to the Quang Ping site, it seems that the old stories about the style have grown in vividness but not in veracity.
