I saw and read some of theese responses and there ia realy no right or wrong awnser. If some one is no good at his or her style say it be in kung-fu or other
and they fight someone who is good lets say at what they have learned off the streets than that person will win. Iam a senior student of the now deceased Grandmaster Wang Ju-rong Jeff Bolt and Bomani Migarabi. I practise and teach hard to find and traditional systems such as Baji and Cha chuan cotton fist and hsing I. I also am a bonds man and when I arrest someone my life can be on the line I use my systems for real and they work. The problem with kung-fu thuogh is that their are not enough good teachers in traditional kung-fu. Kung-fu is hard to learn,not that other systems are not, but the traditional approach in its self makes it hard to learn. It takes time, energy and effort which alot of people just don't have not to mention money as well.
One day there will be a champion in mma whose primary art is a system in tcma and
that will be great as well; bye the way in tcma there are systems that specialize in ground fighting and take downs. God bless and good luck to you all.
