I am a student of Chen Zhonghua's and was present at the ceremony in Jinan when he was made International Standard Bearer. It is true that Hong passed away several years ago, but it was his sons who bestowed this title upon Chen Zhonghua in order to faithfully dissiminate their father's teachings to the international community. Li Enjiu was made Standard Bearer several years ago. He was in attendance and served as the emcee for the ceremony. There were many of the most senior disciples of Hong in attendance as well.
