Every sports fan has at one time or another had to deal with an officious, power-mad usher. Your website does all fans a service by embarassing the organizations that employ these little dilatantes. My hope is that in the future every fan will be treated better because the teams and arenas can't be sure that a mistreated customer might not tell his or her story on a website! Old "Dustin" in Denver might have done some good after all.
