Any info about this 13" Railroad Wrench?

That is a Lowentraut Brace Wrench, Johnston's patent, Dec. 4, 1894 Pt#580419- seen in Schulz #53.

Sorry, I may have the patent wrong- Twentieth Century wrench patent was May 12, 1901 by Samuel J. Johnston.
