My set of Gil Irps' IHC tools is a bit behind, but he has a parts list for 1948-1951 FARMALL "C" series that lists 350370 R1 as the "Quick Attachable Wrench". With 12 point box ends at 1" and 1 1/4", it probably fits a lot of other things.
