Trimont Mfg 24" pipe wrench

Does anyone know anything about theses wrenches the patent dat is 1903 it has "TRIMO-ALLOY" imprinted into it. So far all I have been able to find out is that they quit making this particular wrench in 1951. Should I try to preserve it or just keep using it ? Everything is intact and the wrench seems to be in very good shape , any information would be greatly appreciated
