i work with a girl that i have been trying to go out with for quite some time now. she has told me that she likes me. she tells everyone at work the same and how she would like to go out with me. but when i call her and make arrangements for a date she agrees to go but on the day im supposed to take her out she does not answer her phone or does not call me. also i call and talk to her but she never has called me just to talk. she always flirts with me and i know that the chemistry is there but i dont know what is going on. what do you think she wants?
