Boo-sides collection

I bought this on e-bay. Does anyone know anything about it? It looks like a CD-R to me but the guy claims it is an "Official Boo Radleys Fanclub Release" and has "beautiful inserts" i.e. colour photocopies. He's sold several of them but still claims they are an official release.
