I got one, about the time the single was supposed to be out.
If you got the red "Free Huey" pomo, its the same but blue. And with Kingsize on the front.
Tracks are :
Kingsize (single version)
Last night I dreamed of god (same as the tour promo)
Superintendent (Jimmy webbish number)
Tomorrow (from Bugsy Malone)
Free Huey remix (Rasmus I think)
I dont know what the ten inch would have had, but these would have been the two CD single's tracks.
Hope this helps. Beware though, most if not all Kingsize promos i've seen for sale are album promos.
I did see one on Ebay about 2 years ago, that went for quite a bit. (I got mine for a fiver at record and tape exchange in Notting hill. Bu I had been checking twice weekly for it. So luck was not involved.)
