Yes, I know, it's basically me just jabbering away again, but I thought that I should point out that Poptones, according to last weeks NME is in financial trouble. People; rememebr that this label is from the guy that had faith in the Boo's in the first place (God bless you, Alan). This is such a shame - especially as the Ken Stringfellow (Posies) solo album, the Arnold album (They recently supported Big Star - now there's a recommendation), and the Cosmic Rough Riders L.P are all more than worthy of investigation. Now I know that going on about this on a site that currently only seems to be being used by three people is a bit pointless, but it would be a real shame for Poptones to close down. So, you know, ask around see what other people think of the above records, and maybe you might pick one of them up, if the mood takes you.
