WARNING! STAY AWAY FROM CHERRYONE!
I was a freelance graphic designer and web developer working for Jim Elliot and George Lamberis at CherryOne. In the brief time I worked there I observed illegal business practices, poor communication, pirated software, lies, threats, and alcohol abuse.
The whole company is a fraud. All their "employees" are not on any payroll. To avoid income tax responsibilities the company routinely fires all their designers every few months regardless of their performance.
Every week, our paychecks bounced. And even though you are technically a "freelance artist" when you are working there, they expect you to not work anywhere else while you are there. They don't pay for sick leave.
