I just saw Rainer Werner Fassbinder's devastating black comedy, "Martha" (1973), and was disappointed to see that it's not listed here among the films based on Woolrich's works. While Woolrich devotes might be dismayed, it's nonetheless a must see. I haven't seen a more disturbing domestic melodrama. It's a masterpiece.
