Posted by Tom, David and John on 1/1/2004, 7:32 am It'll soon be time to pay the second installment on lease payment to Kimball. I need everyone that wants to remain in to send John Horton a check for the second half dues. If for any reason, you plan to drop, please let one of us know in advance. We need a few members to generate the extra cash for food plots if any of you might know of a prospect that may want in. Anyone that needs to complete the data requirements and has any trouble, please let us know and get it done soon. When we have it all, Robert will send out a final report on the harvest. Thanks again, and hope you have a good hunting experience in 2004.

Guys, I want to wish you all a happy new year and hope that all of you will remain in the Club for a long time. We have made some contacts with the Dept. of Fish and Wildlife concerning habitat improvement. The ball is rolling, and we will get some additional food stuffs for the deer herd to munch on. I know the season had mixed results for a lot of us, myself included. Seems some guys saw lots, and some didn't see many. From past experiences, this is typical and it takes a little time to learn to hunt that big of an area. I think all the guys that turkey hunt will be surprised at the amount of birds that the lease holds. We should have a great upcoming season.
