Hey guy's, I was just checking out both leases to see how you did so far in deer season. Congratulations on the deer taken so far. Looks like some real nice ones on both lapland and grandview. Man,I wish I was down there hunting rite now. I hope to join you maybe in turkey season If I can work out something to get on the lease this spring.I hit a real nice 8 pointer in archery, but it was high. I shot too fast calculated the wrong distance. He was real nice, probably 16" - 17" inside. he's fine though shot him thru the backstraps. Just my luck. I really miss hunting down there let me tell ya. Being layed off is nice for hunting at home but the money factor doesn't let you hunt anywhere else. Well got to run have a very productive and safe season. Rell if your there we need to shoot some gobblers this spring!! Winchester 1300 & hevi-shot when it barks you may see sparks but the chicken won't be kicking no more!! Remember that 60 yds. not a twitch spivey.
