Scenting that this animal was starting to get near... Rue kept his eyes open on an open opportunity to catch something to fill his stomach.
When finally the small deer was in the distance... he slowed his steps and made himself very quiet. For such a small animal he bet he would be able to take it down alone... he was very greatful that it wasnt a rabbit.. his hunger grew and his eyes were solidly focused on his prey....
