Her ears twitched as she heard the footsteps of Frollo. Her eyes gazed up at him as he got closer. A small smile that she couldn't help but show creeped onto her face. She remembered their last meeting very well. It was a fight, and yet, it was when they got closer. Kumi did not intend to leave for so long, she originally went to find her sister and mother, getting lost and delirious on the way. She was...glad to be back.
Kumi slowly got to her feet as she listened to the words of Frollo. Anger began to brew in her eyes...but this time it wasn't at Frollo. The information on Wendigo's death...made it seem like someone killed her. Of course, revenge was swift in taking over her mind. No one messes with her children and gets away with it. She also noticed Frollo's new scars, and wondered what kind of shenanigans he had gotten into. Spitz, sounded very familiar to her. Lz attempted to get Kumi involved in the pack, and she hated the way he fought, or the lack there of. LZ would rather talk his way out instead of fight...he hated violence. But Kumi knew that sometimes, that is the only way. Some creatures only understood pain. Kumi was silent for a moment as she processed all these words and thoughts. Out of no where, her muzzle reached out to Frollo and nuzzled his neck. She had been very lonely, and was glad to see him. It seems they had both changed quite a bit in their time apart, though she was still surprised that she felt this way.
"They had grown up. They are no longer your complete responsibility."
The anger glowed in her eyes once again.
"so you think someone killed Wendigo? Because if so..." Her voice began to shake with anger. She was known for her complete outbursts, she was trying to control it, and she did with mild success. Instead of screaming, her voice was dark and deadly. "...then I would have some business to take care of..."
Her muzzle was still buried in Frollo's neck. Her body was tense, and it was noticeable that her markings were fading to black. Of course, this was over time. She didn't know what else to say either...She thought of Xile and how heartbroken he will be when he finds out his favorite sister had died. But she hadn't seen him in a long while...she hadn't seen anyone...
