"Oh?" He seemed surprised, but yet at the same time he didn't. His father did seem to meet all sorts of creatures. "Well, this is as far as you're going to get down this particular branch of the tree." Pyrrhus grinned at his little joke as the bear spoke of the resembalance between the hybrid and his father.
"You must not have seen my mother then." He glanced down at himself. "Her coloring is more to mine than my father's. And some of my siblings look much more collie than I. But if you can see some of my father in myself, I guess I should take that as a compliment." The wolfdog was of the easy laidback nature and it showed through as he nodded slowly while Isaac explained why he had traveled to this packland.
"His brother, my uncle, unfortunately." He confirmed for the bear as he squinted slightly in thought at a piece of grass. "I didn't know there was a meeting. That must be why there isn't anyone near the borders. Though I guess it would help if we were to make ourselves known.." He trailed off, lifting his head up to see if he could spot anyone.
Seeing no one near except for the large bear that had sat down beside him, Pyrrhus lifted up his muzzle and howled. While there were parts of him that looked strictly like a wolf, his voice was not one of those. He warbled oddly, the smooth song of a wolf only coming out every so often usually being covered up by the thin howl of a dog.
