She listened carefully to what he said, noting it was not specific but that he did know exactly what he was looking for. Even if she appeared to be only half-listening, she kept his words in mind to be sure they would resurface when needed.
Her eyes gently browsed the scars that were visible through Frollo's coat, noting he was not as weak as he'd appeared when she had first met him; back then, he had had a lot fewer. Apparently he was accumulating them, and perhaps wisdom with them. Was he leaving her behind? Was this why he shirked her trivialties all the sudden? She took it with a grain of salt, a an even larger portion of threat.
"Of all packs, why Earth? Why not one of the larger packs, such as the Ice Pack? They did well in the last war."
