Frollo reared his head back and laughed, his pink tongue slashing against yellow daggers.
"Still as ornery as usual," Frollo chuckled. "Puppies and doves aren't really a favorite of mine."
Suddenly, the alpha's face became stony. He looked over where Spitz and Lobo were heading towards Tulip and Orchid. "Do grow up, Chilali. We've been snapping at each other like puppies since we've met. Now is no time for fun and games. There's danger on the mountain. It's my job to keep this pack in order." There was much determination in Frollo's voice. All his life he had waited for this position and it was finally his. Chilali's remarks wouldn't heat him up. One has to have a cool head if Frollo planned on being a successful leader.
