Sorry, but the blessing Fire is not an oral blessing, that would be Fire Breath. Fire only allows a character to start small fires, which I would assume would be on the ground but maybe they could start them in trees and other dry places. Also, if considering to use this blessing, I imagine it would be difficult being that there is snow on the ground. The blessing may make the snow melt and continue burning, but I am not sure.

Am I wrong anyone? All uses of Fire I have seen have bet set on the ground, sometimes near character's paws so they would jump away.
