His head turned back to look at Cruz. It was so strange for him to already feel some sort of unity with pretty much a stranger. The wolf-dog had that urge to howl a minute ago, he could see it in his eyes. Maybe next time he would join in, eh? With a head movement, he signaled Cruz to follow him to the kill. He began walking slowly, one massive golden paw at a time. He tried to keep his strength up in his spare time. He had to be able to protect his pack from any danger...and there was also a threat on his life. He had angered a dragon that wanted to eat his friend's son, and he would not let that happen. Hopefully that dragon forgot and would never come back. "So Cruz, where did you come from? How long have you been searching for a new home?" A small wiff caught Lz's attention for a short moment, though faint due to the rain. Li-Kumiko must have heard his call to Ammie...and Shade seemed to be with her. He was a little uneasy with introducing Kumi to Cruz, who knows how she would act towards him. Shade, on the other hand was much more friendly, though rather shy and quiet. It would be good for Cruz to meet more of the pack, regardless.

...The smile grew on his cream muzzle. He loved meeting new wolves. He had taken very well to this male too. The last member to join the pack was..Chilali? It was hard to remember since it had been so long. This is the first new member in what...a year or so? It has been too long to count. A new member might bring more lively hood to this place.
