His lean body relaxed as the other's did, and while he came out of his submissive stance somewhat, he was still fairly deferential in his posture. "Thank you, LZ. It's greatly appreciated, and I'm happy to call the Wind Gale pack my home." The light grin on LZ's lips blossomed into a fullblown beam at the voice on the wind, and the horizon blurred in a grey haze as the rain fell. The wind blew somewhat fiercely, forcing the grass to bow their amber heads. LZ's voice rose to the heavens again and Cruz felt a sudden impulse to join him, but refrained, unaware of how such a compulsive act would be taken, especially from a brand-new member of the pack. As the alpha's orange gaze turned back to him, he nodded, smiling lightly. "AmethystEyez," he repeated her name, connecting it to the voice on the wind. "I'd be happy to meet her." His question was met by an eager smile from the small male, who wagged his tail again, his dark eyes brightened. "Y-yes, I'm quite hungry. Thank you - and my journey has been long, but I'm happy to say I've found a home." He grins, quite cheerful at having found a pack to belong to. The sense of unity was already strong, despite the fact that he'd not met anyone else in the pack but the alpha. But the strength of a pack was in its leader, right? And LZ was certainly strong, and he hoped the pack had the same ideals as its leader. He awaited the male's instructions, eager to get some food in his hungry belly. ((It's no trouble at all, your posts are great. ^^ I'm sorry you don't feel good, but I hope you're better now! XP And thank you - I like yours, too. LZ sounds like a good character. :] ))

The wolf-dog's tail raised slightly and waved to and fro, his fur blowing away in the wind to expose his pale skin beneath. His darkish blue eyes smiled as did his lips, black as coal as they were against his creamy fur. While Cruz wasn't entirely aware that he had impressed LZ so, he acknowledged that the stiff-legged larger male seemed to relax, and the wagging of the elder male's tale was indeed comforting as he spoke. LZ's deep voice rang out like a cathedral bell, and within it there was a kindness one wouldn't expect from so intimidating an alpha male.
