He lifted his head and howled once more, telling Ammie that he was going to greet someone, and to tell the one to be greeted that he would be there in a second. After the howl, the massive wolf got to his feet. He would use the quickest mode of transportation. He teleported a few times until he was a few yards away from the newcomer. The newcomer's scent was much stronger, and he could now tell for sure that it was a wolf dog in his presence. The newcomer was moving quickly, but LZ soon stood in his path. The wolf was no normal wolf, there was something obviously different about him. He was dramatically bigger than normal male wolves. He was over 4 and a half feet at the shoulders, and lucky he stopped growing for now. His size was nothing to be afraid of, since he would avoid extreme physical fighting if at all possible. He stood tall, blackened head raised and golden ears perked. LZ was generally a black wolf, but had golden paws, ears, tail, and wings. Cream graced his legs and maw, while silver was splashed on his belly and chest. He looked down on the young male with orange eyes, strong and wise, yet calm and warm. At first he had a stern look on his face, usually it is not common practice to enter a territory like this. But LZ noted that the male was about a yearish old. Give or take. He wondered if the male even knew what he was actually doing. His stern face gave way to a warm smile. "Greetings. You have entered the Wind Gale packlands. I am the alpha here, LZ. What is it you come here for?" His voice was deep, but was obviously kind. A bit of blood was smeared on his maw from his recent kill, and LZ took a lick at it every once in a while. He kept his eyes on the newcomer, waiting for a response. He was glad he got to the newcomer first. He knew Kumi would have done something rash with someone entering a territory without permission. He still had a lot to teach her...

The male had been waiting around to see if his friend, the beta female of the pack, was in the pack lands. He had just finished a small hunt and wanted to share the bounty. But so far, no luck. There could be many a reason as to why she had yet to respond, but LZ was very patient. He could wait for days if needed. Of course, he would do anything for her. The wolf shook his head out of thought as a scent hit his nostrils in the slowly dampening wind. Someone had entered the pack lands, and it was not a member. This was a rather delicate situation. They had gotten out of war a few months ago, but who was to say that they were still up to no good? Or, it could be someone just wanting a home. LZ would assume it was the latter, but he would approach with more caution than usual, at the least mentally.
