Damn. Found out. No matter. She had wormed her way into the ice pack, hadn't she?
"Sweet Misdirecton? What of this do you speak of?"
Her blue eyes widened.
"You mean... The enemy? You think me one of them?"
She choked out a feminine sob.
"Oh, why must you brand me with the title of traitor?"
Her eyes hardened.
"Listen, allow me to speak with your Alpha. I can make a lovely double agent for you. And if I betray you..."
She shrugged.
"You can kill me."
She laughed.
"I gave no oath to Sweet Misdirection, and I give no oath to you now, should you spare me."
She smirked in her foxy way.
"And I warn you--do NOT underestimate me."
