Hi Leslie, unmarked it becomes an estimated guess. Your platter would most likely date from the 1840s-70s. The split tail birds are a nice feature but don't make it worth any more or less. It is most likely English, but could be Scottish. It is not a rare piece, as there are just so many platters out there. Still you have a nice one you should enjoy using or displaying.
