A8025 Real Old Willow plate

Hi, I have a "Real Old Willow" plate with the number A8025 and gold trimmed. I have looked in many web sites to try and find the same one I have. I've seen alot of them but my plate has the initials "N N" in gold before the A8025. Does anyone know what that means and what the plate is worth?
