It is definitely willow in the standard pattern. This would be considered 'gaudy' or 'clobbered' willow because it looks like the pattern is transfer-printed in brown underglaze and then the extra colors are applied on top. If you could provide a photo of the backstamp, we could probably determine the specific maker and approximate age of the piece. What a nice find!
