Hi Chelsea,
The eBay auction stated "Portugal", so that is the country of origin. But I have not found the name in any marks books or on Replacements.com. It is the first time I have seen that name having made willow. Now all you have to do is find some cups to go on the saucers! Pink cups would look nice!
