It sounds like you have an interesting collection. The impressed SCOTT mark was used by the Southwick Pottery, Sunderland, Durham, U.K. from c. 1838-1897. It is not found very often here in the US. The numbers impressed such as 10 and 14 indicate size, but not the age or maker. Gustafsberg wares are usually marked with the name and a crown. The company began around 1839 in Gustafsberg, Sweden and continued through the 20th century. The Fell mark with the crown and two horses was used c. 1830 to 1869 when the name changed to Fell & Co. The location was St. Peter's Pottery, Newcastle upon Tyne, Northumberland, U.K. -- not too far from SCOTT. Unfortunately, the link in your email was not displayed. When pieces are not marked, it is very difficult to know the maker. Sometimes the age can be figured out by comparing with other marked wares. Thank you for contacting us.
