I have a set of 4 cups and saucers in a medium blue, bone china with that mark. The name under the circle is ADDERLEYS Ltd., the name of the company that made your plate in the 1920s. My saucers also have an impressed 'Made in England' and a date mark in the 1920s. "Broseley" is the pattern name that we also recognize as Two Temples II variation Broseley. The mark is also found with WILLOW above the circle with sailing ship. Some marks have WAA below the circle. The initials stand for William Alsager Adderley who headed the business from 1876 at Daisy Bank Pottery, Longton, Staffordshire, England. Enjoy your plate!
