Hi Steve,
Your creamer was made by Homer Laughlin, East Liverpool, Ohio and Newell, West Virginia. This type of ware was produced from 1938 to the early 1960s. HLC did not put a printed mark on their hollow ware pieces -- only the plates, platters and some bowls. The distinctive feature is the placement of the border pattern under the spout. No other company did that.
