? about Saucer that has engraved on bottom B/9/34

On the bottom of this blue and white saucer in blue is says Willow, then has an anchor, and then says England, Made in Great Britain. To the right of that it was machine engraved B/9/34 (I think it's a 9). Can someone tell me about it please? Thanks!
