It was made with the mark you describe from about 1910-15 and was imported into this country for many years. Ridgway willow pattern is one of the most sought after, and most available. You should find pieces on eBay and in quality antique malls that have dealers selling china. You will find dinner sets, teapots, wash sets. etc. -- lots of different pieces were made. Good luck!
