Red mark on the back are the words "Gold Castle" above a pagoda design. Beneath are the words ?chirUSA and "made in Japan." 3) Does the Ridgeway diamond with bow/quiver mark Appreciate any help.
Hi All
I purchased several pieces at a recent estate sale and am hoping some of you more experienced collectors can help me date them.
1) A cream colored, Republic shaped dinner plate very similar to Connie's photo (pg 57 top). but the center pattern is Two Temples II. The mark on the back are the Vertical initials TST co. enclosed with a freehand shaped oblong line. Under this line are the #12 32 and under that a 2. No country of origin but I wonder if this could be Taylor, Smith and Taylor of West Virginia.(pg 117).
with England and "made in Great Britain" offer any clues to date?
