unfamiliar backstamp

Hi all, was ebaying today and came across a pricey willow plate (starting bid $95 and one bidder) with backstamp that I can't seem to find in Gaston's book and thought maybe someone here may recognize it. It's an "R" surrounded by a sunburst. Does anyone know what company this is? Dates? Just wondering so I can put the info in my notebook for the future...Thanks! Nikki
