Posted by Connie Rogers There are hundreds of marks used on Japanese export wares in the 20th century. Flair is one. I bought a box of Flair-marked Japanese willow many years ago. It is good quality, and the color goes with many other brands of Japanese willow. That makes it easy to mix and match for everyday use at home.
