She leaned down and licked the crown of Dashell's small head while she contemplated what might be done to discourage any would-be pursuers. On her own Youkou would have been a difficult creature to find, but only due to the fact that she was almost constantly on the move, not because of any skill. With her mate and child tagging along she would have little to no chance of keeping hidden, not that she felt that she was the one in danger. So, if travel was out, what did that leave them?
She sighed. “We’re going to have to hide, aren’t we, love?”
