Knew her mother? Bandit's Rage was suddenly tense. That simple phrase had too many meanings. Was it that Taniku knew of her mother, was an acquiantance, or more? The vix knew any of those were possible. It was the 'or more' that concerned her. And by the question that was asked, it was more than enough to answer her own question. She shifted slightly, leaving an uncomfortable silence. But she wasn't the rude type to leave a question unanswered. Bandit's Rage took a breath and spoke, "I needed to get away. Make my own life. You have no idea what it's like to live in her shadow. I bet by now, she's got half the mountain under her paw..."
