There was a golden glow about Tanato when Arisu finished speaking. Death to protect another but still wished to live... That was reason enough for the great bird. He didn't quite understand the ways of wolves and other such creatures, but sometimes their reasoning was enough to satisfy his own means. "Just remember, you can't get something for nothing," he spoke as the glow about him increased and wrapped itself about Arisu bestowing upon him the Life blessing Tanato carried.
Mentally, he noted the wolf's appearance as he spoke again, "I rarely have needs, but if I should have one, I will find you. Now go, what happens next is not for mortal eyes." His black eyes remained locked on Arisu. Tanato was on his burning day, as was apparent by his excessively falling embers and even his feathers began to fall and burn as they floated to the ground.
