The black and white husky marked brute dropped his fish, stepping over it to take a better look at the scene before him, ears trained forward. Golden eyes were pinned on Aijin, completely ignoring to form of the male that either didn't know he was there or didn't care. The white wolfess, however, seemed to have caught his scent. Polera leaned back and snagged his fish, taking a few more tentative steps forward, still not sure of whether or not he really wanted to bother with them. After all, it had been so long since that day on Ice Mountain Peak.. He was probably wasting his time even entertaining the thought that she remembered him.
With his attention on Aijin, the hybrid wasn't being careful of his feet. Taking a few more slow steps forward, Polera stepped on a fallen branch, a few twigs breaking off with a loud snap that cracked the air like a whip. It startled him, causing his whole body to give a jerk, muscles alert and eyes giving a quick glance around.
