Big slice off drive

I know probably everyone has this problem, but I have heard every method in the book to hit a drive, I am a junior in high school and I play on my golf team, however over the years whats been the difference between me being on Varsity and playing J.V is my drive, I ALWAYS hit my drive with a HUGE slice, I am always in the woods, Ive tried taking my backswing VERY slowlwy and coming down with a wide angle and, just today I tried to aim completely left so when the slice came it would factor out straight, it did but it went like half the yardage it should, can anyone help me fix ,my drive, if i could hit it straight I could be shooting at least a 43
