Terrible Terrible Hook!

seems to happen to me in the middle of the summer after my game is really getting good. i'm a left handed golfer, 5 handy cap. if i am hitting my drives straight, i hit my Great Big Bertha around 310-330 solidly. now i have the worst hook you will ever see. what am i doing wrong!!??? i have tried standig further away from the ball, doesnt do anything for it. please help!! i want my long ball back!! funny thing is all my irons i hit straight as an aro! any help would be greatly apreciated. thanks in advance.
