ok feeding instructions.(pleas excuse my spelling)get a PET AG(its a bottel with 60ml or 4 tbspoons in it),then go to the nearest pet store and get KAYETT EXACT, hand feeding formula, for all baby birds,
once you have the materels, fill the bottel with 15 ml of exact and add water up to the 30 ml. shack well, make sure its not to thick.then cup ur baby in ur hand and lay a rag down,(this could get VERRY messy.verry jentely pinch(without using your nails)the side of the baby beack when he opens his mouh put the bottle in then squeze jentley to start the feeding,it may take up to 5 days for the baby to get usto but when it settels in it well get easer.you should make sure this baby is inside and warm, you shold handel this baby everyday and get it usto you because his parents wont tuch him if the cat got to him.you should let a vet get a look at his wond. well good luck.(hey i'v got one too)

: My cat caught a young dove from one of
: the trees at the bottom of the
: garden. I think it is a couple of
: weeks old and it is fully feathered
: with down. I can't put it back as
: the cat would get it again so i have
: it in a box in the house. I don't
: want to handle it too much, and
: there is a little blood although i
: don't think it's a serious injury.
: What should i feed it and treat it
: with? And how long before i could
: let it go - i'm going on holiday in
: two weeks, so if that is not enough
: time i will look for someone else to
: take it.
: Any help would be appreciated.
