: I also found a baby blue jay, I have been given mine worms , I cut them in little piece's and he opens up and they slide down , He love's them. I also have taken a wash cloth or paper towel and loaded it with water,when he opens up i sqeeze a little water out. Not much just every once in a while. So far this has worked great, I have been feeding him every two hours because he is small. Hope this helps.
