Posted by Kirk Can he now go for 2 hours at a time without food and should I put seed in his aquarium for him to start eating? I will be busy this weekend and gone for extended times from home. Also when should he be ready to learn to fly so I can release back into the wild. I heard they don't make good pets, even though he seems to have bonded to me and my wife. Wish I could post a pix! I have raised a baby wren/sparrow for almost 2 weeks now, he/she was bald when I pulled him out of my welder and we have fed on 15 to 30 minute intervals chicken baby food through a syringe. He is feathered now mostly. he opened his eyes on Monday and seems to be doing great..developing a personality. I have read various posts but have some questions...
