I had the paper work, and a picture from a book of the primer, but hell I lost all of that years ago. I got it in the 70s. Sold a bunch of my things at a Rendezvous, just to get it. The dude who had it, told me there was only 10 of them made by another guy, and this was the last one. It was called a Gentilmans shooters primer, in the 1700s. It explaned how the high up citizens, would have the top of the line rifles, horns, etc., to shoot when they got together to do so. It was not uncommon, to see them with custom made, different items, designed by them personaly, made up for them. Other things were mentioned and were showed in the book. It was also stated it was good for them to do this with guns, etc., cause these items were not used much, and had a better chance of surviving, cause most were well taken care of, and never were carried though the out doors, used in battles, etc., for years, and broken, lost or discarded. that's it Honnie!
