Hi Malcolm,
I have just got back into it after a short break. It is the hardest thing you have or will ever do..... but i am really enjoying it now. you will need to be very focused and when your not out doing runs on the bike you will need to be at home (or the pub) calling runs over ALL THE TIME.
preferably get yourself a callover partner to help you out. Put your name up on the board at the PCO and see what happens. Alternatively, Email me and I will happily go over runs with you.
