Ken is making london a greener and quieter place. Ken will pedestrianise Oxford street and surrounding areas. Ken's wise decision to allow many rickshaw drivers to operate has made the air we breathe cleaner, but there are still too many traffic jams, hopefully he can ban more traffic into central london and increase the amount of green rickshaw drivers .Hopefuly more foreigners will take up this work. Maybe you lot should get your fat asses into a rickshaw instead of doing the knowledge in black smoking taxis,plus u can have a satnav in your rickshaw,.
